How it tastes??

Chuck Short Rib is one of the most marbled cuts among all. It has a rich sweetness that comes from the well-balanced fat and lean meat. It is characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth tenderness as well as a nice crunchy texture. The thin slices have a melt-in-your-mouth texture like Otoro (big fatty tuna), while the thicker slices have the right amount of crunch. You can enjoy the rich sweetness of the fat and the umami of the lean meat as befits a high-class piece of meat.

Where the Chuck Short Rib is located??

Chuck Short Rib is part of the shoulder and the upper (front) part of the ribs. In Japan, Chuck Short Rib is called as Triangular Rib as the shape of the cutout looks triangle.

Simple is the best!!

Simply put them on the pan or griddle. When you see the color change to brown and juices start coming out, turn it over and, you can cook it to your liking afterwards. If you want it rare, just a few seconds will do. Cook it on one side over high heat to lock in the flavor. The key to good grilling is to make sure the grill is hot enough and over high heat, and not to turn the meat over and over again.
